About the Position: This position reports to the Development Director and is primarily responsible for cultivating, soliciting and maintaining support from sponsorships for productions, and grants for all areas of operations. The individual must have a background in grant writing and have established foundation and corporate contacts in the Cincinnati area. He/she should have experience with planning cultivation and fundraising events.

Experience required: 3-5 years of general fundraising experience, excellent verbal and written communications skills.
