SUMMER Drawing Sessions OPEN FOR REGISTRATION

The Summer Sessions start on July 17th. Manifest is now accepting registrations on a first-come first-served basis for its Summer Open Figure Sessions now offered at the Manifest Drawing Center Studio at the Essex Studios Complex in Walnut Hills. Three different weekly sessions, 2-hours each, will be offered for 10 weeks beginning July 17th.

Open Figure is an uninstructed life-drawing studio format whereby professionals, students, and the creative public can work side-by-side in common pursuit of excellence in the discipline of drawing (or various other media) while working from the nude model. This no-performance-pressure environment inevitably leads to new learning, support, and productivity that can complement formal study (at the high school, college, or professional level), or other non-figure-related artistic work. Each session is moderated by Manifest staff who are trained and well-qualified artists and/or instructors at the college level.

The schedule includes:

• Tuesdays 7-9 p.m. (short pose)
• Wednesdays 7-9 p.m. (long pose w/ modified format)
• Saturdays 10 a.m.- noon (short pose)

Students of all ages, professionals, and the creative public are all encouraged to participate! Participants are welcome to work in various media (not just traditional drawing) appropriate for such a group setting and facility.

COST: A new fee structure has been established. Cost for any single ten-week session is now $75. Participants in multiple sessions will receive up to a 15% discount on enrollment fees at time of registration.
