Up to two entries per artist. A non-refundable $15 fee is required. Media & Specifications

• 2-Dimensional – All media. Art must be properly framed, ready to hang with wire – no sawtooth hardware or clip-on frames. No wet paint. Not to exceed 40x40" framed.
• 3-Dimensional art must come fully assembled on a stable base and be light enough for two people to handle.
• All work must be the artist's original design; not copied from copyrighted material or produced in a workshop.
• Artwork must have been executed after 2005 and not been previously displayed at the Pendleton Art Center (this includes the main gallery and private studios.)
• No giclee` or other reproductions, wearing apparel (i.e. jewelry, clothing) are eligible.

Good News: No commission on Sales! Artwork may be submitted Not for Sale (NFS.) Price on Request (POR) will not be accepted. Artwork must remain through duration of the Exhibition – offenders will not be eligible for future exhibitions. First Place - 750 Second - 500 Third - 300 (3) Honorable Mention - 100 Submission by Digital Images Only

• Submit one CD with up to two images in jpg format, no larger than 8x10, 300 dpi, RGB color mode. 3-Dimensional work may be shown with two images each.
• Include on the disk the following information typed in a Word document: Title of Work, Artist, Dimensions, Media & Price
• File Naming: Name each jpg image with Last Name_First Initial_Entry Letter.jpg: Example: Doe_J_A.jpg Doe_J_B.jpg Make sure the Entry letter (A or B) of the image on the file matches the letter of the image on the Entry Form.
• Print full name on the CD and cover
• Any digital manipulation is limited to making the file look like the original artwork or the work will be disqualified.

ENTRIES MUST BE POSTMARKED BY MARCH 14 Mail the entire signed & completed Entry Form, CD, and $15 payable to: Rising Sun, O/C Tourism P.O. Box 112 Rising Sun IN 47040 Delivery & Return of Work Check Calendar of Events for dates and times. Artists will receive labels to identify their work upon registration. Special arrangements must be made in advance if work cannot be picked up in time allotted or the artist will be charged a $10/day storage fee. After 30 days, the work becomes RS/OCT property. Liability & Insurance. Reasonable precautions will be made to safeguard all entries. However, Rising Sun Tourism and the Pendleton Art Center will not be responsible for loss or damage to artwork.
