NetSeats has worked with Enjoy the Arts to build a flexible, custom implementation specifically designed to meet our needs. We are very impressed with the expandability and reliability of the system. We would recommend it to any mid-to-large sized arts organization as the ultimate ticketing solution. Currently we are in the startup phase of our pilot program in web ticketing. Four organizations are in this program, Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra, Cincinnati Shakespeare Festival, Contemporary Dance Theatre, and Ensemble Theatre of Cincinnati. They are involved at varying levels of engagement, from simple web ticketing to integrated point of sale units that synchronize with the online database in real time. Once we are past our pilot program, we will be accepting applications from small arts organizations to participate in our low-cost web ticketing program.
