Get your gallery exhibit or performance listed on the cincinnatiArts.com event finder calendar! This service is free for arts organizations & individual artists in the greater Cincinnati region. IF YOU'RE AN ARTS ORGANIZATION, click here.

First check to see if the gallery or performance space you'll be in is already listed in the database by looking at the Organization pull down menu on the advanced search page first. If it is, then please contact them to have their staff add your show to their event listings. If it's not, use the form below to have your event added to our individual artist listings.

It may take up to a week to for us to process your event listing, due to the amount of submissions received. For best coverage of your event, please submit at least one month in advance (you may submit up to two years ahead of time). If you have problems with this form, please contact us.

You must complete all 5 pages in the event submission form, or your event will not be included on the calendar. This may take from 10 to 30 minutes, depending on how much information you have. You cannot save and come back later, you must complete all the pages in one session on the Internet. Make sure you have enough time set aside to do so, or you will have to start all over if you have not completed all 5 pages.

Please understand that this is a family-oriented website, and although we do not believe in censorship, we will only edit out language inappropriate for children of any age.
